Classifications are held for the players over a few sessions. These sessions are closed to parents and observers. There will be a coach in charge on hand and several evaluators in the gym.
The first round the group will be split alphabetically in even numbers to accommodate the gym size. Each player will be checked in before entering the gym and given a numbered jersey.
This number will identify them to the evaluating team. The kids will be run through some instruction and drills and will also play some scrimmage games over the classification period.
